Before the class:
You’ll be offered up to 30 minutes of out-of-class activities using a range of material – including: reading texts, audio recordings and video – all with a related 
task to ensure you can practise and develop all your core language skills.
These tasks are usually presented at the end of your previous class, during the feedback and review stage, and also detailed in your written feedback sheet.
The activities are all to prepare and equip you for your next class. This ensures that your class time is used most effectively – with you speaking and productively using your English language skills.
After the class:
Furthermore, after the class you’ll also receive written feedback and a video recording of the class to review later. This means that a 30-minute class can provide 1 hour or more of content for you to use how and when is best for you, and your personal needs.

If your plans change, you don’t lose out:
- A Class that you have booked can be cancelled up to 24 hrs before it was due to start, and you will get back the cost of the class in full
- Reschedule your class to another day and time – without losing your payment and at no extra cost – up to 1 hour before the class was due to start*
Remember that the flexibility or of classes means that you won’t be losing classes that you’ve paid for because you are unable to attend that week at 7 pm. Any class that you have booked can be cancelled up to 24 hrs before was due to start and you will receive a full refund of the cost you paid for the class.
Also, we all know that life can be very unpredictable too. If something happens at the last moment, you have the option to reschedule your class to another day and time – without losing your payment and at no extra cost – up to 1 hour before the class was due to start*
