Last week as I was looking through my email I came across one from The Microsoft Docs Team informing me that the Docs.com website was being retired and that my – very neglected – site on it would be shut down come December. This spurred on a search to find a new home for my ramblings and reflections (which hopefully won’t become so neglected).
Being a follower of a number of WordPress sites; as well as having been exposed to Leo Laporte’s advertising on the TWIT podcasting network; I spent a Saturday afternoon putting together what is now this site, glynonline.wordpress.com
I am currently also working my way through Lynda.com’s WordPress Essential Training course and picking up some interesting tips and tricks which should result in a more solid site.
So, all that is left is to transfer my old content, and – more critically – get back into producing some new content… lets see how that goes…
